One of the main reasons I subscribed Netflix about 3 months ago was, besides the fact that it’s a great site to watch series and movies legally, the possibility of watching The Gilmore Girls without resorting to other more fraudulent ways. A few years ago I had seen single episodes of this series on cable TV, corresponding to seasons 4, 5 and 6, but I had never been able to finish it or watch the previous episodes.
Even more, when I heard that a special season of 4 episodes would be released on this platform at the end of last year, it was clear to me that I had to finish the series once and for all.
I finished the last episode today and I couldn’t be more clear about what a must-see series it is. It has superb, intelligent and definitely incredible dialogues and the story it tells is very emotional and has some unforgettable characters, both main and secondary.
I’m so sad I finished it. When I was watching the last episode, it was clear to me that it was the last one at all times, but I think I wasn’t fully aware of this until the episode was completely over and I realized that the automatic play warning for the next episode that Netflix always shows when watching a series was not displayed. It was devastating…
Luckily, I am consoled that there are 4 more episodes to watch, although it is clear that it will not be able to compensate for the 7 seasons I have seen during these months. There is a funny detail that only those who have seen the whole series will understand and of which I will only say that it saddens me greatly because today is the day that Trump enters his mandate as President of the U.S.A. As I say, those who have seen the series, will understand.
For those of you who haven’t seen it and therefore don’t know what I’m talking about, I strongly recommend that you watch it if you have the chance, not because you know what I’m talking about (which I do!) but because it’s a very fun and entertaining series.
You’ll have a great time watching it.
